Wild Police Chase In Mesquite

Info from Licensor: "I saw police cars swarming the mall and I was slowing down to just look at what was happening. I noticed the car that the perpetrators were driving come flying out from the mall. The lady had a green light and she accidentally T-boned them because the bad guys pulled out in front of her. That’s when the car just started creeping slowly and, all of a sudden, everyone jumped out except for the driver and took off running. The car just steadily rolled down the hill, crossed the median, and bumped into another car. The cops drug him out and the other cops took off on foot, chasing the other victims. I pulled over to the side of the road and went and helped the lady that accidentally T-boned the bad guys because everyone else was just driving off and driving around her. She got out as I was on my way across the street and started pulling a baby stroller out, and with me having a daughter myself, my dad instinct kicked in. I took the baby for just a second to make sure that the baby was OK because she was out of control crying. Firefighters were starting to show up on scene. They got word that there was another suspect somewhere, so a couple of the police officers that were there from the beginning jumped in their squad cars and went zooming across the parking lot to the other side of the mall. I guess because they got a tip that there was possibly another suspect on the other side of the building. I gave all of my information and officers released me from the scene."
