Woman Arrested After Outrageous Outburst

Info from Licensor: "I went to Meijer At 1:30 am and heard a lady screaming at two men about how they need to 'Repent', and 'What about your 72 virgins?' The man replied, 'I’m not even Muslim.' She would go off on anyone that told her to stop and say the meanest things possible. After about 30 minutes of yelling at anyone, a manager came over and they ended up right in front of my cart.
