Airborne Tire Flies Over Garden State Parkway

Info from Licensor: "I was travelling Northbound on Garden State Parkway and suddenly a tire comes from no where and it hits the car in front of me and goes above me. There is no clue of where it came from, but the car in front of me had the entire roof caved in."
